    Chad was amazing! He helped us find a great house and walked us through all the steps to get there. When showing us houses he was honest and unbiased. Information was given, and then we were given space to explore each house. He found a good balance at asking questions but not pushing us in any certain direction and let us make our own decisions. When it came time for an offer and the closing process he was efficient and didn't miss a beat. There are so many steps and paperwork involved in the process of buying a home, but Chad made the process go as smooth as possible!
